(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Energya company active in the development of renewable energy projects and listed on Euronext Growth Milan, closed on 2022 with a Production value equal to 10.91 million euros (11.88 million at 31 December 2021), which incorporates the progress of projects in Italy and Spain and discounts the reduced contribution of the North American sector which is recovering after the good results achieved during the year precedent with the sale of all community solar projects in Maine. On the other hand, no contribution comes from the LATAM sector, which has recently been divested.
L’EBITDA is equal to 4.24 million, compared to 5.59 million as at 31 December 2021, with EBITDA margin equal to 39%, compared to 47% as at 31 December 2021. The Net result attributable to the group it stands at 2.61 million, substantially unchanged compared to the previous year (2.66 million).
There Net Financial Positionequal to 5.38 million, up slightly compared to 4.47 million as at 31 December 2021.
“We have consciously chosen, starting from the second half of 2022, to change the strategy of the group to be ready, from the first months of 2023, to carry out the actions necessary to accelerate its growth in the medium-long term – commented theCEO Stefano Giusto – This choice led to the thoughtful and shared decision by the Board of Directors not to contractually commit the new projects under development, to maximize their sale value, in the light of the increased market value of the authorizations obtained, upon reaching the ready to build” .
“This strategy, which for the 2022 consolidated financial statements was reflected in a lower valuation (maintained at cost) of the various unassigned projects, will bring greater benefits to future results which will undoubtedly result in higher and faster growth than in the past,” he added.
