Helma spends a large part of the day on these kinds of telephone calls. “It’s a lot of arranging,” she explains. In addition to the laying out, Helma has her hands full every week arranging a condolence location, making the mourning card, the burial or cremation location, the flower arrangements, the food, of course the laying out itself, a whole lot of paperwork and so on.
