Twenty-nine years after the 1994 genocide in Rwanda, the former chief warrant officer at the Nyanza gendarmerie Philippe Hategekimana, naturalized French in 2005 under the name of Philippe Manier, appears from this Wednesday May 10 before the court of Assizes of Paris for “genocide, crimes against humanity and participation in an agreement” with a view to the preparation of these crimes.
