S holds crisis calls around the country

“People are worried and we need to get together and talk about what we can do for our society. We are, after all, a country where you stick together and where you stand up for each other,” writes party secretary Tobias Baudin (S) in an email to TT.

The investment in crisis talks must be held instead of the spring campaign that the party usually holds. According to S, the conversation task has been extended to the districts, the workers’ municipalities, the associations and individual high representatives.

The party secretary also directs sharp criticism at the government and the Sweden Democrats, who he believes refuse to hold crisis talks about household finances.

“It is worrying that the government and, among other things, the finance minister are hiding instead of talking to people about what needs to be done in these times of crisis,” writes Tobias Baudin.
