SWAT is the most diverse show on CBS. When I got hired as a Hondo at SWAT, CBS got much criticism due to lack of diversity. If I post this, and I think I could, I’d get in a lot of trouble with CBS for calling them by name. Because they’ve been wonderful to me for 26 of my 29-year career.
