A batch of smoked salmon is currently subject to a recall across France. It would indeed be contaminated by a dangerous bacterium.
Notice to smoked salmon lovers: it is better to avoid consuming it now. The one marketed by the Nautica brand, sold at Lidl, would indeed be contaminated by the bacterium Listeria monocytogenes.

If this batch of smoked salmon has been recalled, it is because it has been contaminated with a dangerous bacterium – Listeria monocytogenes – which causes listeriosis.
Symptomatic individuals should seek medical attention
Faced with the risk of listeriosis, the brand invites all consumers who have consumed this product “and who present fever, isolated or accompanied by headaches, and body aches“to consult their attending physician and inform him of this consumption.
