What is ranked mode in Modern Warfare 2? Ranked mode is a 4v4 competitive multiplayer experience based on the official Call of Duty League rules, restrictions, maps and modes. The mode is available from player level 16.

3 tricks that lead to better success
Esports team Los Angeles Guerrillas is targeting controller players in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 with a gameplay video on TikTok account. In 30 seconds, the team shares a few ways to improve their gameplay :
In the video, the player recommends setting the field of view to 105 to better control weapon recoil. Anything beyond that makes the weapon more difficult to control. It also makes enemies appear smaller, reducing aim assist. A smaller FoV is more “forgiving” of inaccurate shots.
If the player aims for too long, this will cause the weapon to deviate from the target – your crosshairs will move around the aiming point. The trick now is to “spamm” the target to reduce the drift – until your target is in the crosshairs.
In order for Aim Assist to be fully utilized, it makes sense to use the left stick to move left or right when aiming. This is the only way to use the “rotation aim assist”, where your character rotates a little with the opponent and follows (also works from the hip).

How can you move up the leaderboard? There are two ways to level up in the competitive mode. By playing the matches, you receive a skill rating, which determines which of the eight divisions you are assigned to – depending on the game performance. You start at the beginning of Season 3 in the bronze division, the highest possible is “Top 250”.
In addition, you level up your rank. Each win earns the player a star. The more stars you accumulate, the higher the rank. You get a new rank symbol in steps of five, which has the color of the division. You can learn more about the mode on the Call of Duty website.
