(Finance) – The newly elected BoD of Orsera company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the import and distribution of fresh fruit and vegetables, confirmed Raffaella Orsero as Deputy Chairman, conferring to the same and to the director Matthew Colombini the appropriate managerial powers, in close continuity with the previous management. In consideration of these powers, Matteo Colombini was also appointed chief executive officer in charge of the establishment and maintenance of the internal control and risk management system.
The board, in continuity with the previous board mandate, set up the Remuneration and Appointments Committee, the Control and Risk Committee, and the Committee for Transactions with Related Parties, as well as set up, for the first timeThe Sustainability Committee.
