Seinabo Sey collaborates on the album with several different producers, including Simon On The Moon, Namasenda, Roger Tallroth and Joakim Hultqvist.
“I have love and therapy to thank for making me feel more free to experience and explore things, both as a person and as an artist. I’ve been through a lot and rediscovered what music means to me,” says Seinabo Sey in a press release .
Purely musically, it means a return, in terms of inspiration, to the r&b and reggae music of my teens, she explains.
This year marks ten years since Seinabo Sey released her debut single “Younger”. Two years later came the first album “Pretend”, which was praised internationally.
