A new patent received by Microsoft reveals that the company may launch a Microsoft VR device against PS VR2 in the future.
We’ve been talking a lot about Microsoft after the CMA’s decision in the Activision-Blizzard case. Latest information”Microsoft VR device being developed”.
Microsoft patents VR device
Although the VR industry for gamers isn’t limited to PS VR and PS VR2, we’ve been waiting for Microsoft to step into this area for a long time. The company, which previously worked on Hololens in order to have this technology, seems to aim to make a new entry into VR with its newly obtained patent.
Microsoft’s patent for the VR device could potentially be used as part of a future VR headset or VR headset to be developed. The patent describes a system that self-calibrates and also adapts to changes in the device.

While the patented device may not look like the VR headsets we’re used to, a robust eye-tracking system that can self-calibrate and compensate for deformations could form part of an intuitive and user-friendly VR system.
We may also not think of it as the new VR glasses. Who knows, maybe Hololens, which was thought to be canceled, continued to be developed secretly in the background, and the patent may also explain its new features.
