The starting line-up for “So much better” is starting to take shape.
The latest in line to be presented to the program: Marit Bergman.
– It will be great fun, she says in Efter fem.
The recording of TV4’s “So much better” is slowly but surely approaching. It has already been clear that, among others, Lasse Holm, Eagle-Eye Cherry and Peg Parnevik will participate in this year’s season.
In Monday’s Efter fem, Marit Bergman was presented as the next artist who will come to Gotland to make her interpretations of the others’ works.
– It will be so exciting to hear what they come up with from my songs.
The timing was right
It is not the first time Marit Bergman has been asked to participate in the program.
– We have had dialogue with “So much better” for so many years. All the years it’s been right for me it hasn’t been right for them and all the years it’s been right for them it hasn’t been right for me. It was best that it could be done now.
Even musically, “So much better” feels like a good step right now for Bergman.
– Right now, when I have just released an album, I at least have a sense of where I am musically. At least until June.
Marit Bergman has a solid track record and has, among other things, won two Grammys and received three P3 Gold awards. In 2007 she was chosen as Sweden’s best dressed woman at the Elle gala and now she is current with the album “Här kommer vargen” which was released in February.
