“We have, together with our union counterparts, had result-oriented negotiations and have now signed a collective agreement within the so-called brand,” says Johan Huldt, head of negotiations at Kompetensföretagen.
The agreement applies to approximately 60,000 employees in industry, in warehouses, in logistics and the construction industry. It follows the so-called mark that was set by the industry earlier in the spring and means a contract value of 7.4 percent over two years.
“It results in increases in guaranteed wages and we have brought about the introduction of regulations on travel expense compensation for daily trips outside working hours,” says Kent Ackholt, ombudsman at LO with responsibility for the staffing agreement.
