(Finance) – Theassembly of the shareholders of Intermontean independent investment bank listed on Euronext Growth Milan, has approved the balance financial year as at 31 December 2022 and the distribution of a dividend equal to 0.26 euro for each outstanding ordinary share, for a total amount of 8,355,806.42 euro. The dividend will be paid on May 10, 2023, subject to coupon detachment on May 8, 2023 and payment entitlement date (record date) on May 9, 2023.
In addition, the members have approved the policies and practices of remuneration and incentive for 2023 and authorization for the purchase and disposal of own actions.
