Ingredients:

  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 400 g frozen chopped spinach
  • 5 dl vegetable broth
  • 2 dl whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
