It was when the landlord was to carry out an inspection before a change that it was discovered that the apartment was in very poor condition, writes Home&Rent.
The apartment was full of food, rubbish, clothes and furniture, and one of the rooms was filled with bag in boxes.
When the tenancy was to be inspected again, it was cleaned, but serious water damage was discovered instead, which stopped the change.
Water damage and vermin
Some time later the water damage was to be fixed, and then it was again very dirty in the apartment and vermin were also discovered. The landlord then chose to terminate the tenant.
Now the tenant has sued his host and demands that the exchange go through – despite the termination.
