(Finance) – The BoD of Ecomembranea Cremona-based company active in the design and construction of gas storage and containment systems for the production of green energy, has fixed a first range of prices for listing on Euronext Growth Milan (EGM), the Borsa Italiana market dedicated to SMEs with high growth potential.
The rough pricewithin which the final price of the financial instruments will be identified, is between 8.50 and 10.00 euros for ordinary share.
Confirmed the April 26th as the expected date of admission, with the start of trading in the following days.
