(Finance) – TheILBE shareholders’ meeting (Iervolino and Lady Bacardi Entertainment), a company active in the production of film and television content, has approved the financial statements as at 31 December 2022the BoD’s report on management performance, the report of the board of statutory auditors and the report of the company in charge of the statutory audit of the accounts.
Also, the assembly has resolved to allocate the profit to the extraordinary reserve net equal to 1,201,311 euros for the 2022 financial year. Finally, it appointed Matteo Colafigli as standing auditor.
