When an office building is ready for demolition, the furniture is usually given away or the contents are sold. But there is much more that can be reused. Contractors and architects were therefore able to go on a ‘circular safari’ for the first time in the colossal red building of Woonin on the edge of Nieuwegein’s city centre, in search of reusable materials.
