Aftonbladet newspaper reports that Teperi died after a short illness.
Actor known from the Swedish comedy drama series Solsidan Rebecca Teper has died at the age of 50, says a Swedish newspaper Aftenbladet (you switch to another service).
The actor’s family confirms the sad news to the newspaper.
Teper performed in the popular Solsidan series by Josephine Bornebusch played by Mikaela “Micka” Schiller’s best friend Lussan. Teper starred in the Solsidan series for ten years.
The comedy series is also known in Finland as Onnea konkimassa.
The newspaper says that Teperi died after a short illness.
One of Solsidani’s directors and screenwriters, as well as the performer of the main role Felix Herngren says that he heard about the sad news a few days ago.
– He was always a real ray of sunshine and a fantastically funny person, Herngren describes in his message to Aftonbladen.
Herngren says that Teper will not be involved in the eighth season of the series, which will be seen on television next fall.
According to Herngren, Teper had announced last winter that he would not be able to participate in the latest season of the series.
