The lawsuit states that the road surface was very bad at the time of the accident and that the driver of the light truck made a dangerous overtake that caused him to lose control. The truck came over on the wrong side of the road and collided with the car in which a man and a woman were traveling.
According to court prosecutor Hanna Flordal, the truck driver has seriously failed to pay attention and he is charged with causing the death of another, gross negligence in traffic and causing bodily harm.
