Two men have died in a head-on collision between a car and a truck on Monday evening. The accident happened at 19.40 on highway 40 near Svenarum.
– It is unclear how the accident happened and we have started a preliminary investigation into gross negligence in traffic as well as grossly causing the death of another, says Lars-Göran Nilseryd, the police officer on duty at region East.
The men, who were both aged 55, were traveling alone in the vehicles.
