According to the information obtained by the AA correspondent from local sources, rocket attacks were carried out on the Kuniko gas field, where US forces are stationed, from the regions where Iran-backed foreign terrorist groups are present in Deir ez-Zor.

Sources stated that the rockets were fired from Bukemal, east of Deir ez-Zor, where Iran-backed foreign terrorist groups are present.

Military points belonging to the US and coalition forces in Syria are occasionally targeted with rocket attacks from regions where Iran-backed foreign terrorist groups are present.

On March 25, Iran-backed foreign terrorist groups launched rocket attacks on the Omar oil and Kuniko gas fields.
