A woman in her 50s is the plaintiff in the case. – It is about a completed rape, says Mikael Pettersson, officer on duty in the Stockholm police region. A passerby alerted the police about a suspected serious crime at 01:00 on Sunday night. A large area of the park was cordoned off. – We have had several patrols on site and blocked off for technical analysis, which is important in cases like this. We have had both forensic technicians and dog patrols on site, says Carina Skagerlind, the police’s spokesperson in the Stockholm region. The woman was taken to hospital. No one has been arrested in the case. – We have checked a number of people during the night but no one has been arrested in the case, says Carina Skagerlind.
