The person, who according to VG is a man in his 30s, fled the scene after the incident and was arrested a few kilometers from the scene. Two people have minor injuries and several are said to have had to jump away to avoid being hit. The police are working to investigate the incident and have ordered all police officers in the country to arm themselves. – The incident in Steinkjer is serious. The motive for the crime is currently unknown and the situation is unclear, says police chief Benedicte Bjørnland according to TV2. The security service PST has also been involved in the case.
