Ben Ferencz, the last living prosecutor from the Nuremberg trials, has died. He lived to be 103 years old.
Ferencz was instrumental in prosecuting and bringing Nazis to justice for genocide and war crimes after World War II. He was also one of the first outsiders to witness and document the atrocities in Nazi Germany’s labor and concentration camps.
The old prosecutor fell asleep last Friday night at his home in Boynton Beach in Florida, USA.
