– – Cultural meeting

10 km from the center of Paris, on the edge of the Meudon forest, Hangar Y, so named because the letter Y appeared on military plans, is the last airship hangar still standing. This heritage site, a jewel of the industrial era, is coming to the end of an ambitious restoration – to be transformed into a cultural center and a venue for events.

This former exhibition hall was the first airship hangar in the world and the only one still standing after restoration that will now take it through the 21st century as a cultural and event venue.
