(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Dotstaya company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the real estate sector as a relocation and property management operator for medium-long term leases, closed 2022 with total revenue amounted to 375 thousand euros, up 75% compared to 214 thousand euros as at 31 December 2021. Revenues from lease installments amounted to 206 thousand euros, those from the provision of services reached a value of 89 thousand euros and revenues of the subsidiary DS Real Estate (which deals with real estate brokerage) amount to 79 thousand euros.
L’EBITDA consolidated amounted to -145 thousand euros, compared to -16.6 thousand euros recorded as at 31 December 2021, the result of the increase in the number of properties under management, human resources and marketing, relaunched since the end of the pandemic period which determined a restart of the business and a new startup phase.
The Net income is equal to -252 thousand euros, compared to -22 thousand euros as at 31 December 2021.
There Net Financial Position is positive (cash) of 1.88 million euros, including the capital increase at the time of the IPO, compared to the cash of 33 thousand euros at 31 December 2021.
