UTRECHT – Under the motto necessity or madness, supporters and opponents crossed swords on Saturday about the usefulness and necessity of installing windmills in Utrecht. The debate in the run-up to the municipal elections was organized by Buren van Rijnenburg and Buren van Lage Weide, in collaboration with the Stadspodium.
