According to Bengt Olsson, press manager at the Swedish Transport Agency, no one has been injured.
“This is a private person who has alerted us, so we have been out and checked on it,” he says.
Personnel from the Swedish Transport Administration have been on site since just before 6pm on Sunday.
The stop was lifted at 6:30 p.m., but according to Bengt Olsson, it will be some time before traffic flows as usual again. Both SJ and public transport company SL report major traffic disruptions on their websites.
