(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Revised downwards the index that measures the US consumer confidence, according to the latest survey conducted by the University of Michigan, which has published the final estimate. In the month of March 2023, the consumer sentiment index was revised to 62 points from 63.4 in the preliminary reading and from 67 in February.
The component relating to the expectationswhich stands at 59.2 points from 64.7 in the previous month and against the expected 61.5, while that on current condition it was revised to 66.3 points from a preliminary 66.4 and 70.7 in February.
