Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

The so-called PCE inflation in the US fell to 5 percent in February. This can be compared with 5.4 percent the month before. Core inflation, according to the PCE measure, fell to 4.6, against 4.7 percent.

The decline was somewhat greater than expected. Analysts had expected on average that PCE inflation in February would be 5.1 percent, while core inflation according to the PCE measure would be 4.7 percent.

PCE inflation is the most important measure of inflation as the US Federal Reserve makes monetary policy decisions to achieve its 2 percent inflation target.
