The Social Democrats’ party secretary, Tobias Baudin (S), visited Södertälje, as a first step in sharpening the party’s policy to crack down on crime. One of the stops was at the family center in Hovsjö to hear about the municipality’s early efforts to identify families with children in the risk zone.
