Apple CEO Tim Cook Visited China Market

Apple’s CEO Tim Cook recently China’s new premiere Li Qiang and met with other senior officials. The company’s senior official took a trip to the Asian country earlier this week to reaffirm the brand’s commitment to the Chinese market.

Tim Cook from overseas C-level managers and met with Li on Monday as part of a delegation of academics. Cook was attending an event at the China Development Forum (CDF) event in Beijing.

This is Tim Cook’s since the pandemic has affected the world. It was his first trip to China. With this meeting, the executive basically wanted to reaffirm the Cupertino-based company’s commitment to the market amid supply chain changes and even geopolitical uncertainties.

Simply put, apple guarantees its commitment to the world’s largest smartphone market. The current global economy facing challenges and issues affecting the various brands operating. But despite all this, Li Qiang assured that Chinese representatives will continue to open up and provide a solid business environment despite the changing geopolitical landscape.

Tim Cook also met with Chinese Commerce Minister Wang Wentao. According to the ministry’s statement, the topics of “Apple’s development in China and stabilizing the industry supply chain” were discussed at this meeting.
