The Jamtli chief demands more money – otherwise closure threatens

Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

Already in January, Jamtlichefen Olov Ameiln warned that cultural and historical buildings at the museum are at risk of damage when the economy is tight.

Now the situation is even worse. If Jamtli does not receive an increase in the annual grant by six million kroner from the founders, it will be forced to take drastic measures.

“We have reached the end of the road” writes Olov Amelin in the letter to the founders Region Jämtland Härjedalen and Östersund municipality.

This year, Jamtli looks set to go back three million kroner. In the letter, Olov Amelin describes possible savings and their consequences.
