(Finance) – TheManufacturer of diagnostic equipment announced the dates on which the Company’s economic and financial results will be examined by the Board of Directors and by the Shareholders’ Meeting.
The leaders of DiaSorin also announced that the month envisaged for the payment of any dividend based on the results for the 2022 financial year is May 2023, specifying that this information cannot be interpreted in any way as a forecast regarding the existence of the conditions for distribution of dividend.
