Little boy found alone in Uppsala

Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

It was just before 1pm that the police received a call about a lone 4-year-old boy who had been found at a school in Uppsala.

– Then he was only wearing pyjamas. They have tried to talk to him but have not been able to get his name out of him, says Magnus Jansson Clarin, the police’s spokesperson.

An ambulance has been on the scene and checked that the boy is fine.

– Children disappearing happens quite often, but then parents usually get in touch. We have not been in contact with any parents who have sought him out, says Magnus Jansson Clarin.

At 2:30 p.m., the boy was handed over to social services.
