Lambton OPP laid impaired driving charges after pulling over a vehicle with expired plates Thursday, police said.
Police stopped the vehicle on St. Clair Boulevard in Corunna and said it became apparent the driver had consumed alcohol.
A roadside screening test was done, and two samples over the legal limit were provided later at a Lambton OPP detachment, police said.
William McLeod, 33, of St. Clair Township is charged with impaired operation, police said.
