(Finance) – The National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange (CONSOB) has communicated that Paul Ciocca he resigned his own resignation from the post of Commissionereffective from 1 April 2023.
The Commission “has expressed appreciation to Doctor Ciocca for the qualified professional contribution made to the Board and to all of CONSOB”, reads a note.
In turn, Commissioner Ciocca, “wishing the Board a good continuation of the work, has thanked for the five years of fruitful work so far done together”.
