Jar Jar Binks actor has returned in The Mandalorian

Attention, follow massive spoilers!

We’ll be talking about The Mandalorian Season 3, Episode 4, for a long time. Not only do we finally learn how Baby Yoda was able to escape from the Jedi Temple during Order 66. Little Grogu is rescued by none other than Ahmed Best, who starred in the prequel trilogy as Jar Jar Binks was to see.

Before any confusion arises, no, the lovable Gungan from Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace is not making an appearance in the new episode of The Mandalorian. Instead, Best slips into a completely different role: he plays the Jedi Master Kelleran Beqwho takes care of the training of the padawans.

Jar Jar Binks and Kelleran Beq aren’t the only two Star Wars roles in Best Filmography. In the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars he also voiced various other small parts in addition to the Gungan. He makes a brief appearance in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones as Achk Med-Beq.
