Online harassment, webcam blackmail, exposure to shocking content… digital violence does not spare the youngest. The e-Enfance association, which protects the uses of minors online, has set up a listening platform: 3018. A telephone number has been dialed to obtain help or report dangerous behavior. It is primarily aimed at children and parents. But some harassed adults, too, seek help there, for lack of similar platforms for their age group. Behind the handset, listeners – anonymous – collect the word, advise or redirect the victims.
