The 30-year-old De Kruijf made his Orange debut in 2008, under national coach Avital Selinger. Since then, she has played no fewer than 347 times for the Dutch team. She has been under contract with the Italian top team Conegliano since 2016, with whom she won the Champions League last year. She previously played for the Turkish superpower Vakifbank, the Italian Piacenza, the German Dresden and in the Netherlands for Martinus and the wooden Taurus.
