The entrance to an apartment building in southern Gothenburg was destroyed in conjunction with an explosion on Friday morning. The explosion occurred at a property near Opaltorget.
The police were alerted at 03:00 in the morning.
– The entrance door is broken, but there is no information about personal injuries, says Johan Ljung, officer on duty.
The police have started a preliminary investigation into public dangerous devastation and the scene is to be examined by technicians.
There are no known connections to the night’s shooting.
