(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Equitythe leading independent investment bank in Italy, closed 2022 with consolidated net revenues up to 86.9 million. In particular, the group recorded net revenues from activities with customers at 83 million, up 5% compared to 2021 and recording the best result since the listing.
L’Net income rises to 16.2 million.
The investment banking area saw revenues grow to €41.3 million in 2022 (+7%).
A dividend of €0.35 per share is proposed.
“The results achieved in 2022 confirm Equita’s ambitious growth plan: six years after the listing, thanks to the commitment of all the professionals of the group, we have managed to grow revenues from 54 million to 87 million (+61% compared to 2017), profits from 11 million to 16 million (+ 47% compared to 2017) and to reward our shareholders with a Total Shareholder Return of over 71%” – he says Andrea Vismara, CEO of Equita -. “2022 was also important in terms of sustainability: after achieving carbon-neutrality and creating a sustainable finance team dedicated to investors, companies, entrepreneurs and institutions, during the year we also set up Fondazione Equita, the third sector body that sees us engaged in issues dear to us such as young people and the enhancement of talent, art and culture, financial education and the community in general”.
