Housing corporation SSH does not know when the future residents of De Kwekerij will be able to move into their apartments. The six striking flats near the Diakonessenhuis in Utrecht are struggling with facade leakage. That is why the tenants of three of the six flats are not yet allowed in their apartment. The other three flats were already occupied before the problems came to light. The situation leads to frustration among the future tenants.
