Zlatan Ibrahimovic is back in action again.
Now Janne Andersson gives his first message about a comeback to the national team.

Finally have Zlatan Ibrahimovic made a comeback after his long injury absence due to knee surgery last summer. “Ibra” has turned 41 years old, but the hunger is still there.
Zlatan’s comeback
The Swedish attacking star has so far made two appearances for Milan with a total of 40 minutes of playing time. Despite that, Zlatan was still not selected for the Italians’ Champions League squad and is therefore not allowed to chase the big dream of a CL title before his career ends.

But as a plaster on the wounds, Ibrahimovic can now be selected for another squad, namely the Swedish national team. European Championship qualifiers against Belgium and Azerbaijan await at the end of March and Jan Andersson now opens up about a possible comeback for Sweden’s all-time leading scorer.
– We have not closed any doors yet, says the union captain in an interview with Dagens Nyheter.
– We have a contact, so we have talked to each other. But we’ll see next Wednesday when we have squad release.

Janne’s tribute
The Swedish national team will gather next Monday and before that Milan have two league matches against Salernitana and Udinese. Then Zlatan gets the chance to show if he is ready to play national team football again.

Andersson is regardless very impressed by the 41-year-old’s admirable return to top football again after such a tough injury after passing the 40 mark.
– He is completely unique. He has a driving force that is completely unmatched, says Janne to the newspaper.
– Then you have to remember his size as well. If you are a small, light player, it may be easier to come back. But this big body that should be able to function and play with Milan now – he’s not there for charity, he’s there because he can add something, of course.
