BEIJING EXPRESS 2023. During an interview, Chirine mentioned one of the major flaws, according to her, of the broadcasting of Beijing Express on M6: the public would be too “influenced” in its perception of the candidates.

Emission adventurers like Koh Lanta or Beijing Express realize this when they return to France when the episodes in which they participate are broadcast. This is clearly the case with Chirine, who spoke about the issue in an interview with Entertainment TV. The one who shares the adventure with her partner Alexandre explains that the production has stuck a label on them which “serves us on our image personally.” She continues “a strategist couple, the public will necessarily be wary.”
This label that the production gave them is that of “strategist lovers” and Chirine is far from claiming this name. “Everything we say will be influenced by our name. While someone who calls themselves like ‘the funny Belgian couple’, or ‘Xavier and Céline his employee’, they can say the exact same sentence as us and it will not be interpreted the same. So already the opinion of the public, it is influenced by this name which is not necessarily positive”. This can also generate sometimes harsh criticism on social networks even if Chirine explains that she does not mind too much. “There are times when it hurts us because we say to ourselves ‘We are not mean, I would like to see another image of us’. But in reality, we take a step back .”

Last week, Beijing Express was totally upset in episode 3, broadcast on M6 this Thursday, March 2, 2023. The surprise duo, Emeline and Clément, arrived in the middle of the competition. Enough to make it a target chosen for the secret choice, which now concludes each episode before the final duel.
The surprise pair’s only chance was to gain immunity or qualify for the following week. But bad luck for Emeline and Clément from Beijing Express, the camping leaders did not succeed in winning. Especially since the black flag rule has arrived in the competition.
Jason and Paloma were eventually granted immunity, while Alexandra and Laura won their third consecutive stage. Tanguy and Florian were sent to the final duel against Emeline and Clément, designated by the secret choice. The surprise pair, however, managed to qualify during this elimination round. It was finally Tanguy and Florian who were eliminated during the third episode of Beijing Express.
The third episode of Beijing Express was broadcast this Thursday, March 2, 2023 on M6. Tanguy and Florian left the adventure, after facing Emeline and Clément in a final duel. The previous week, Cyrille and Luc had been eliminated. Colette and Léa also left the competition after the first episode.

Beijing Express is an adventure game broadcast since 2006 on M6. This television show, presented by Stéphane Rotenberg, sees pairs go abroad every year. The goal: to survive thanks to the inhabitant and to go to different stages in the country, to rub shoulders with events that allow them to qualify for the rest of the competition.
During the 2023 edition of Beijing Express, eight pairs compete in the M6 game in the hope of becoming the big winners of this season 17. During this edition, viewers can discover different atypical profiles and the careers of the following duos:
- Paloma and Jason, the Belgian couple
- Alexandra and Laura, the sisters of Neuilly-sur-Seine
- Alexandre and Chirine, lovers of Paris
- Xavier and Céline, the boss and employee from Lorraine

- Tanguy and Florian, cousins from Aude, eliminated in episode 3
- Cyrille and Luc, the Breton couple, eliminated in episode 2
- Colette and Léa, Marseille aunt and niece, eliminated in episode 1
Beijing Express returns to the M6 program schedule from February 16, 2023. Viewers will be able to find a new episode every Thursday from 9:10 p.m. on the sixth channel. Generally, a season lasts two months and season 17 should therefore end in April 2023, if the Six maintains its usual broadcast rate. If you missed an episode, however, it is possible to catch up on replay. The day after its broadcast, the sixth channel put it online for eight days on its streaming and replay platform 6play.
The finale of Beijing Express season 15 was broadcast on M6 on April 14, 2022 and took place in Dubai. Lucas and Nicolas, the Belgian brothers, won this 2022 edition against Jérémy and Fanny. The winning pair won most stages of Beijing Express 2022, accumulating 8 amulets before the final. Lucas and Nicolas managed to win 100,000 euros at the end of this final.
How to register for Beijing Express? Castings for the 2024 season are not yet open. Last year, all you had to do was go to the site casting-pekinexpress.fr and complete their application. To participate, however, you must be at least 18 years old and be able to make yourself available for 45 days in the 3rd trimester. M6 asks candidates to send three photos per person (portrait, silhouette and one summarizing the personality) as well as a photo of the pair. You must then fill in your personal information and answer several questions about your personality.
