Zeist – Mayor Koos Janssen van Zeist will stop next year, he has informed the King’s Commissioner and the city council. Janssen considers the end of his third term of office, which will end on January 15, 2024, “a natural moment of farewell”. Janssen will then be 68 years old and mayor for a total of 31 years, of which 18 years in Zeist.
