Aleksander Barkov finished his 22nd goal of the season in a handsome hockey league in the NHL. Teuvo Teräväinen and Sebastian Aho also got a point in the match.
The Florida Panthers returned to the NHL hockey pitches after just over a two-week break and raced from a chase to a 3-2 time win over Carolina Hurricanes. The victory lifted the Florida NHL to the top of the eastern block.
– They scored one more goal than we did. It’s a good team. A tight match, this could have gone either way, Hurricanes Sebastian Aho said on Carolina’s website.
In the middle of the first set, Carolina managed to play for two minutes with a two-man superiority but was unable to score.
– Five against three must be able to score, especially after two minutes. The team needs to get up to speed. The good thing was that we kept trying. Except for force majeure, I liked our opening round. We got off to a good start, got a good shot and a few attempts, but they should just be scored. We wanted to lead in the beginning, Aho repeated.
Hurricanes still scored the opening goal of the match with 46 seconds left in the opening round. The goal shot Teuvo Sharp Aho’s feed.
In the second installment Alexander Barkov brought Florida to the levels in a wonderful way. Barkov got the puck in the middle and passed the defender with a spectacular delusion. The centerer then finished his stunning individual performance with a shot on the knuckle side. The goal was Barkov’s 22nd goal of the season.
– He doesn’t stop to be amazed. He is an undervalued, skilled player. It was nice that this was a nationwide televised game. I hope everyone saw what he’s doing every night, how skilled he is and how hard he’s struggling, Panthers coach Andrew Brunette admired.
Tony DeAngelo took Carolina into the lead again in the 43rd minute of the game. Sam Reinhart took the game to overtime by leveling off at the last minute of the game with the Panthers playing without a goalkeeper.
Aaron Ekblad settled the victory for Florida after 16 seconds of overtime. Barkov was recorded for the hit entry point when he grabbed the starting win at the start of overtime. Barkov has finished 22 + 20 = 42 so far.
– There was a lot of good here. The superiority has to be watched in the video, it’s normal after every game. The underpower was good. We took too many coolers, not everyone got to the beat. The first installment was a good installment from us except for the superiority of five against three, Aho said.
