Amersfoort – Femke Bol successfully defended her title at the European Indoor Championships in the 400 meters. The 23-year-old from Amersfoort was in a class of her own and captured the European indoor gold for the second time in her career. She did so with a time of 49.85 seconds. That time was above her world record of 49.26.
