Buses across Lambton County were canceled Friday because of the threat of a winter storm.
The Lambton Kent District School Board and St. Clair Catholic District School Board said buses in zones 1 to 4 were canceled for the day.
Environment Canada issued a warning about a winter storm expected Friday afternoon. It said heavy snow – 10 to 20 cm – and wind were expected to reduce visibility.
Snow could be mixed with rain at times, according to the national weather office.
The storm was expected to continue into Saturday morning.
